Hello HAVE Inc,
Once again I feel obligated to tell you people how much Heather and I appreciate what you do for us. Before we started with HAVE we had several meetings. During one of those meetings I said to Nancy, " Nancy, what we really want you to know is that we care about each person that spends money with us. In the event we all work together we’re hoping to improve our service. We want someone who does this better than us." To which Nancy replied. "Well I hope we can do it better than you can"... At the time (because I think so highly of myself) I remember thinking those were powerful words and I hope we don't ever have to remind her she said that.
Anyway, Nancy was right. You guys do it better than we ever did. Our new shipping guarantee represents a level of service that our industry is not accustomed to. So here is your well-deserved KUDOS. Let me point out a few things.
1) Shipping Guarantee has been near perfect. We had refunds given the first week. If I remember correctly those were unavoidable.
2) Breakage has been down.
3) Bonita took the initiative to get an order out the door before a holiday weekend that was incomplete for shipping. She recognized the customer’s satisfaction being out top priority. Rarely do I meet people willing to take a chance or make a mistake. Generally people just hide behind the rule book and let the chips fall where they may. I found this to be impressive.
